Sarah Stern is currently the head of Service Design at Loot Crate, working to build a culture of design thinking that impacts both the customer experience and organizational culture alike. Prior to that, she was an Experience Strategy Lead at DIRECTV's Innovation Lab, and a UX Designer at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Online and AT&T/Yellow Pages. She has been involved in organizing the LA Service Jam for the past 4 years and is excited about continuing to help the community of Service Design grow in Los Angeles.
