Sarah helps leaders recognise their own natural talents to achieve high levels of business and personal success.
Sarah began her career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen, following which she worked in excess of ten years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs before becoming a partner in a small corporate finance boutique. In 1999, she set up her own business as an accredited Executive Coach and is now doing what she loves; transforming the lives of others for the better.
Sarah brings a practical and personal approach to her work, combining a commercial background with a style that motivates, inspires and results in learning which is immensely practical.
With her personal experience of burnout, she now runs regular Master classes featuring the key things people need to master in order to ‘Thrive’ at work; based on research and the latest thinking in neuroscience. Sarah recently ran a Masterclass for Citi Group and of the 1,100 people attending, 94% said that they would immediately apply what they learnt into their lives.
She has coached leaders across large organisations including Sony, RBS, Morgan Stanley and the Cabinet Office.
