Sarah is passionate about helping people thrive in the organizational systems we live within. She runs BCG's People & Organization practice in North America bringing new ways of working to clients across industries, and has been a core member of intrapraneurial teams developing new businesses in Agile and behavioral economics. Sarah began her career at a venture-backed education technology startup, and has always tried to ignite entrepreneurial energy in roles she has held at larger firms including American Express, Fidelity, and Thomson Reuters. Sarah sits on a number of non-profit boards, and is particularly proud to be part of the Natan giving circle – which was selected by the Gates Foundation in 2017 to convene giving circle networks nationally as a powerful model for civic engagement.
