    Sarah Cox is the LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Manager for KPMG Australia, one of the leading professional services firms. Sarah works across the firm to provide education and awareness on LGBTIQ+ issues, supports the employee run network – Pride@KPMG to implement initiatives such as Pride for Women, Leading with Pride and a variety of events celebrating LGBTIQ+ community. Sarah is passionate about implementing Inclusion strategies that are not just about ticking boxes but generating true cultural change within workplaces.

    Prior to making to leap over to the professional services world, she was a Senior Relationship Manager at Pride in Diversity, a not for profit organisation that provides support, advice and guidance on LGBTQ+ inclusion within the workplace where Sarah worked with around 40 different organisations across NSW and QLD ranging for state government, corporate and professional services and healthcare. Sarah was also a co-convenor for Sapphire, a network for LGBTQ+ women to connect and share experiences.

    Throughout her career, Sarah has always had a strong focus on people, learning and culture. She is an experienced facilitator with a background in designing and developing training content, leading strategic planning and championing cultural change.
