Sara Woodworth is the Manager of People Operations at Motus, where she leads the organization’s recruiting efforts and professional development programming and runs the Talent Accelerator Program, an entry-level rotational program for recent college grads. She graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Psychology and French—and then immediately joined Motus, where she was thrilled to find the opportunity to put both majors to work. She loves geeking out about organizational psychology, testing out new risotto recipes, and helping grow the Motus team.
