Growing up in a family of nine children on a farm in Nebraska taught her the value of hard work, persistence and patience. She worked on the farm from the age of 6, and when her father added dairy; her job included milking the cows at 3:30 in the morning and 3:30 in the afternoon – every day of the week. Her experience frames the way she handles challenges today. Her commitment and work ethic have been pivotal to establishing her place in such a competitive industry.
