Samir is a Data Engineer at Culture Amp where he designs the infrastructure for Data Scientists to perform machine learning experiments. Prior to Culture Amp, he has been the Lecturer of Computer Science Department at a University and later moved into the industry as the Lead Software Engineer of a startup where he designed a SAAS platform for one of the largest Telecom operators in the Netherlands. Coming from competitive programming background with achievements at international level, Samir loves combining his algorithmic problem-solving skills with engineering for the web and distributed systems.
