Sam is a user experience specialist with a background in psychology, digital media, and e-commerce. After getting his undergrad degree in cognitive science, he worked at a digital marketing agency before joining the Product Design team at Wayfair. In his current role as a User Experience Researcher, he collaborates with designers, product managers, and a variety of other stakeholders to learn more about their customers and how they interact with their website and mobile apps during the larger shopping journey. Outside of work, his interests include music, visual art, cooking, science, and technology.
