Salvatore has been very fortunate to be involved in the coffee industry since 1993. He is the founder and current owner of Sensory Lab Coffee Roasters, Clement Coffee Roasters and Plantation Coffee. He has found his spiritual home at St Ali South Melbourne.

Sal has also worked with muilt-nationnal companies such as Nestle, Spotless, QIC and others in various roles as a conceptualist, creative director and retail specialist

Other career highlights include a short stint as a lawyer at Gadens, a lecturer at William Angliss Collevge, a co-founder of fashion label Rubric, co-founder of Rhodes Corporate Travel (now CMT travel), co-founder of Prologic Solutions and is an angel funder in numerous other projects.
