Sally is a user experience researcher and designer with a background in software developments and digital strategy that spans 15 years delivering digital and non-digital experiences.
Since that time she has worked with a wide variety of clients to provide insight into their user's experience with software, web applications, mobile devices, e-learning, IVR systems, and non-transactional and e-commerce sites. Her most frequent work involves usability studies as part of an iterative design process.
As Head of UX Research at WhatUsersDo, she is responsible for delivering actionable insights to help companies measure and improve their online presence. Clients include industry leaders across a variety of industries and include Mark & Spencer, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Aldi, Interflora, Disney, JD Williams, Pan Macmillan Publishers, Michelin, La Redoute, Deckers, RAC, and other companies in the UK, Europe and US.
