Sally is the VP and Executive Director of Technology Association of Oregon in the Southern Willamette Valley. A connector and convener at heart and in practice, she has spent her career in Oregon scaling impact with mission drive organizations in media, startups, consulting and higher education. Most recently Sally led Industry Relations for the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon where she founded the college’s mentoring program and was the faculty advisor for Women in Business. Her work at the UO centered around talent development and recruitment strategies for scaling companies, including many technology partners.
Sally has also led business development for several tech startups in Portland, taught organizational leadership to MBAs and served on the boards of Portland Net Impact and Portland Family Homeless Solutions.
Early in her career, Sally instructed for the National Outdoor Leadership School, informing her practice and passion for creating positive and transformational experiences. She is a graduate of Colby College and earned her MBA from Presidio Graduate School. Sally feels most at home on the trails with her family in the Pacific Northwest.
