Saakshi Saxena is an HR professional with 14 years of experience, and what drives her every day is the passion to do something new, to make a difference in everything she takes up. She has been with MS for the a little over 5 years and with ITC, (a subsidiary of BAT) for 9 years before that. This stability across organizations has given her a wide canvas across businesses and roles. She has been involved across all aspects of HR starting with Industrial relations, employee relations, business restructuring, change management, organizational development and HR generalist and worked in 4 different businesses. Her current role is a cross domain specialist role which focuses on redefining the employee experience with HR shared services across 13 countries and 7 businesses for MS.

Systems theory and the ability to create sustainable change are what define her and give her a unique edge in all her roles. A die hard optimist and a staunch growth mindset believer. she is active in a variety of organizational groups like Women in MS and has actively supported generational & special abilities charters with MS.

Outside of professional interests, she enjoys travelling widely, reads, writes, and enjoys living in Singapore with her kids.
