Ryan has recently taken on a Creative Director role at Carter Edwards & Company–a newly minted company dedicated to Customer Experience and the practice of Service Design. Previously Ryan spent five years at SapientNitro and left an amazingly talented group of people as Creative Director of Experience Design. While at SapientNitro, Ryan was part of the large digital culture that has the unique ability to combine the big idea with the long idea to create meaningful omnichannel experiences for today's most innovative brands; all while having the technological foundation to execute on previously thought-to-be-impossible ideas. His time there was truly amazing and has given him the ability to lead experience driven engagements for Southwest Airlines, Crabtree & Evelyn, Armani, iRobot, L'Oreal, Dunkin' Donuts and more.
