As Senior Manager for Community Engagement and Development, I collaborate with business development, marketing, IT and programs team to recruit, retain and advance women in technology through social media presence, leverage Systers’ volunteer community, and continue leadership for the Systers community.
I am our organizations diversity officer managing all of our sub-communities to include Underrepresented Women in Computing, Latinas in Computing, Black Women in Computing, LGBT, Turkish Women in Computing and Arab Women in Computing. I work with our community members and leaders to develop new communities for special cultural and technical interests.
Systers has been a mentoring organization for Google Summer of Code and for past two years, I have been organizational administrator and mentor for Systers GSoC program. See volunteer position below.

In this course, the learner will gain a hands-on introduction to data analytics and visualization using SQL and Tableau.
