Rosario was born in Manila, the biggest city and the capital of the Philippines. She emigrated to the United states in 2002 and met her husband John Carver who grew up in Seattle on Capitol Hill.
Some of her favorite things about Seattle are the great people, the awesome fresh fish and produce, and that Seattle rarely gets snow snow!
Her favorite foods are really diverse. She love different cuisines but really give her some dark chocolates, some crab in coconut milk and potato chips and you'll make her happy. Aside from cooking and taking care of her family, Rosario enjoys gardening in her little p-patch near her home.
Getting people to try her food and trying to fit her style to this market is what she considers her main challenges. She is excited to have great mentors that will help figure it out.
