    Atlanta

Rosa Thurnher, co-founder of Factory Girls, is an Atlanta native who studied Fine Art at the University of Georgia. After college she worked for 10 years in retail sales and area management, fashion merchandising and visuals for J. Crew and Armani Exchange. Her innate entrepreneurial spirit led her to a freelance fashion styling career and brand consulting. She is a lifelong collector of vintage fashion and owner of Recollection Vintage, a line that conveys current trends through vintage pieces. In 2009, Rosa started pop-up marketplace Bodega to promote Atlanta-based brands and designers. A long-time advocate for local talent, she co-founded Factory Girls with partner Regina Weir in 2013 to provide designers with the necessary resources needed for a successful career in fashion.
