I am currently an enterprise data science specialist in Changi Airport Group, driving agile data science use cases across the organisation for both airport operations and commercial. I also conduct an in-house 3-5 months yearly Machine Learning Program in Python to upskill colleagues that express interest in data work.
Driving marketing data science in Starhub (Telecommunications Company), I implement Data Science solutions in the consumer business group to bring in incremental revenue through predictive analytics and improving customer retention rates.
Previously at IRAS (Singapore's tax administration), I detect fraud using Machine Learning and improve the organisation's tax collection returns.
