Roger Woodley
Senior Data Solutions Manager, Cornerstone OnDemand

Roger Woodley is a data plumber, working to solve all of the messy problems associated with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from disparate sources.
He currently is a Senior Data Solutions Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, following an acquisition of his prior company, Evolv. At Cornerstone, he works on the Real-time Data Warehouse team, working to bring customers access to real-time information about their employees, enabling business leaders to react faster to changes in their workforce.
As Director of Data, Analytics, and Science at Evolv, he was responsible for gathering data from customers, running analyses on this data, and presenting results to clients to make more informed business decisions. In this role, he trained numerous analysts on advanced Excel work, working with relational data, statistical methods, writing Python, and presenting data to users in meaningful ways.
When not working on all things data, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife and kids exploring the shoreline of San Pablo Bay.
