Rocio graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor's in computer engineering. She served as an administrator in the U.S. Marines as a reservist for ten years. Aftweards, she began her tech career at Boeing and now SOSi doing government projects for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
