Robert has over 13 year experience and has worn many hats: From prototyper & product manager to ux'er and cat herder, he has worked in a number of big corporations before leading the Salesforce marketing user experience team. He has been on the ground floor in creating several UX teams in large corporate environments in a variety of roles within them. He excels in navigating the murky snake pit of corporate politics & policies and is seasoned in providing insights around his craft and illustrating the benefit and ROI of UX in the org and to the stakeholders. His passion is finding the best and brightest individuals to create world class experiences and solve real business needs against time, budget and resource constraints.
