Rob is a lead on the Data Science Team at Outbrain, where he is responsible for data science and engineering projects for a real-time decision support platform for online news media editors. Rob studied engineering and applied linguisitics at Boston University and has built web-scale recommendation and analytics applications at a number of data-driven startups. In his spare time he enjoys craft beer, playing go and upright bass.
