Robert is Communications Manager at the Center for Career & Professional Development (Pratt Institute). He has implemented procedures for delivering, marketing and assessing over 100 programs annually. Robert relies on consistent data analyses to measure learning outcomes and program impact as drivers of student and alumni success. He uses data to tell stories which in turn generate greater demand and participation.
Robert has a Master’s in Library & Information Science from Pratt Institute, and a Bachelor’s in Spanish Literature from Pomona College.
