A graduate of the APA-approved Counseling Psychology program at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Rob is trained in organizational development through the National Training Laboratory (NTL), and a former faculty member of three universities. As the co-founder of Resource International, Dr. Rob has spent decades providing practical tools for improving the performance of leaders and teams through a better balance of authority and collaboration.
Originally born in East Texas, Dr. Rob was raised in West Virginia, returned to Austin for college, and today calls Houston, Texas home. A technology nerd and avid Kickstarter, Rob loves discovering gadgets that make life easier. He enjoys smooth jazz, cooking for family and friends, and watching college football and movies in his home theater.
