After graduating from Colgate University in 2010, Rob eagerly joined the New York City office, learning the ropes of staffing, technology, and relationship management. He made such an impact in NYC, which he was asked to help build and develop Talener’s offices in San Francisco and then Boston. As the Director of the Boston office, he has had several teams and dozens of new hires training under him- learning all facets of technology staffing. From managing the QA & Software team to taking on the challenge of Product & Project Management- his depth of market knowledge within these areas is unmatched. His specialty in Boston is dealing with very large companies that are constantly hiring tech contractors. On a daily basis Rob maintains a staff of 20, keeps up with tech job trends, regularly attends meet ups, and helps candidates get the best role within top companies in Boston.
