As a professional speaker, manager and event organizer, RJ Owen knows the value of a well-designed plan and the importance of not putting too much faith in it. RJ began his love of improv comedy as a child where he participated in local theater. As an adult, RJ was surprised to find that he could use those same skills for open and honest group imagination to help generate better ideas and unlock powerful insights. At home RJ is a parent of four children who are all quickly becoming better at improvising answers to normal questions like "why is this plant on fire?"
