Ritu Mihir is part entrepreneur, part artist/designer, and part "techie". She started her career as a software engineer and over time moved into Experience design. She combines her skills to tackle a great variety of experience design issues. Her Industry experience includes customer research, testing, interface design, CX methodology training, application design as well mobile and touch interface and visual design. Her creative background includes fine-art photography, fashion design, personal image and brand consulting. She has led multi-discipline teams to deliver creative and intuitive designs and strategies for global brands including KLM/Air France, ING Bank, European fashion retail brands, and many more. Ritu has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science and English Literature.
