Previously, Rick co-founded 3 start-ups: one sold, one closed, and one still working. He has also worked at larger corporations (Dolby Labs, AOL, and Ernst & Young to name a few) in product management, product marketing, technical management, and software engineering positions but never in the same industry twice.
