Rick works with CGS Advisors’ Enterprise Innovation practice to help clients introduce a systematic process for organic growth and innovation. He ensures that the team understands that products and services are bought by real people with real needs, and that the result is a profitable product or service.
Previously, Rick co-founded 3 start-ups: one sold, one closed, and one still working. He has also worked at larger corporations (Dolby Labs, AOL, and Ernst & Young to name a few) in product management, product marketing, technical management, and software engineering positions but never in the same industry twice. Lots of lessons learned along the way.
