Rick Ton is a savvy, no-nonsense marketer who specializes in digital, loyalty and product. His track record for developing innovative strategies is impressive, with initiatives (throughout his career) that have proven lucrative for both his employers’ ledger and their position in the marketplace.
Rick joined Under Armour and is the Director, Global CRM & Loyalty supporting the fast-growing, innovative company. He works within the Connected Fitness division supporting product and revenue generation on Under Armour's suite of mobile applications and wearables, such as Endomondo, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, and UA Record. His responsibilities also include global CRM and loyalty strategy. Prior to joining Under Armour, he supported Walgreens. In his time at Walgreens, Rick’s entrepreneurial spirit and customer centric approach to advance cause, digital health, and loyalty platforms, including the award winning Balance Rewards program.
Rick spent a considerable part of his career working for fast-paced, high output interactive agencies supporting major brands like Allstate, HP, McDonald’s and P&G. His experiences have taken him across the globe, including stays in Bulgaria, Germany and Romania. Additional brand work includes: Comcast, Dell, GM, Life Fitness, Purina, Romtelecom, Symantec, Turkish Airlines, Visa and Vodafone.
