He also created the 6 Block System for strategic planning and execution which has been successfully implemented in numerous small and large organizations.
Beyond his corporate career, he founded Change Making Change, a non-profit organization established on the belief that small donations add up to make a huge difference in the lives of children. Change Making Change encourages young adults and children to develop the habit of regularly giving to good causes to help other children locally, nationally and internationally.
