Rich has nearly two decades of experience building, leading, and developing high-growth organizations and teams in diverse settings, including driving global B2B sales, scaling a non-governmental organization, and building a national political campaign. He has developed specific expertise over the last decade in B2B information services and marketplace businesses.
Rich joined Catalant (fka HourlyNerd) almost three years ago as the first Head of Sales. He oversaw Catalant’s shift to enterprise sales while building and directing a commercial team that secured ~150 of the Fortune 1000 as Catalant customers. Currently, Rich leads the channel and partnership sales team at Catalant.
