Riana Singh is the Founder & CEO of Boss Women Collective, a community focused on empowering womxn in the early stages of their careers. She built this space out of a direct need of searching for a community she related to with others in the same boat of navigating the struggles that come from being ambitious and career focused. BWC uses the idea of peer mentorship to build safe and open environments to make personal and professional connections. Over the past 2 years BWC has hosted over 60 panels, workshops, book clubs and virtual experiences for its members! In her full-time role at AngelList Venture, Riana works on the Capital Growth team which focuses on increasing the number of successful startups in the world through Venture Capital. She is very excited to continue to use her voice and platform to empower the next generation of womxn.
