Rebecca Levi is VP of The Joanne Weaver Group. Rebecca has been a design / UX recruiter for over a decade, joining glorious forces with Joanne in 2010. Her recruiting approach is informed by over a decade as an interactive project manager and hiring manager for agencies including Ogilvy, Omnicom companies, and boutique digital studios, where she gained a deep understanding of what makes a successful design organization, and how the importance each individual hire contributes to the success of the entire team.

Prior to pivoting into the digital recruitment world, Rebecca has been the small business manager of a non-profit literary book distributor, a documentary film production company, and an independent interactive agency. She has also been a career coach, with a professional certificate in Career Planning and Development from NYU. Rebecca’s passion is helping people get to the next stage in their careers, often with the focus on realizing their creative goals. She is a native New Yorker and fiber artist, and has exhibited her work at galleries and museums nationally.
