Randy has worked with small businesses for over 20 years, most notably founding the email marketing pioneer Constant Contact. His specialty is a deep understanding of the realities of the small business owner's environment. He witnesses their joys and pains first-hand, whether behind the counter at a quick-serve restaurant, camping out at a small medical clinic, or working the desk of a yoga studio.

    Randy has also been instrumental as a consultant to strategic small business initiatives with companies like Intuit and IBM. He advises tech startups, local businesses and non-profits, including mentoring at TechStars. He is a featured speaker on both the entrepreneurial process and the small business market.
