Presently Senior Lecturer (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) at Temasek Polytechnic, he's a fount of expertise. As former Co-Founder of Asmara® Singapore, Ramesh orchestrated research, branding, marketing, and business expansion. Under his aegis, Asmara ascended from obscurity to a distinguished Singaporean nutrition label, clinching three awards in four years. In 2022, Minister Alvin Tan lauded his outstanding entrepreneurial feats, bestowing the National Entrepreneurship Award. Notably, Ramesh's leadership led to Asmara's acquisition by an overseas entity on Dec 31, 2022.

His Asmara achievements aside, Ramesh's repertoire features 62+ functional food products brought to market. A sought-after industry consultant, he lends technical and strategic insights to 42+ local and international enterprises.
