    Rachel loves community building, startups, and the thriving scene for both in Boston. As the Director of Programming, she is committed to helping entrepreneurs win by developing relationships across MassChallenge constituents. She collaborates with mentors, investors, speakers, judges, industry champions, and alumni to exceed program expectations.

    Rachel hails from the great state of New Jersey, but now considers Boston home. She has an MBA from Simmons College, a Masters in Education from Lesley University, and a B.A. from Rutgers University. She serves on Mayor Walsh's ONEin3 Council and is a Fields Corner Main Street Board Member. Prior to MassChallenge, she worked with startup teams at educational, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. You can find her on her bike, traveling, reading, eating, or spending time with her dog Maho.
