Rachel is an Instructional Lead for the Software Engineering Immersive course at General Assembly. She previously ran a freelance graphic design company where she created brand materials and website designs for clients in various fields such as healthcare and technology. Rachel decided to then jump into software engineering, where she has honed her skills at the intersection of design and tech. When she is not spinning up a new project, she loves to spend time in the kitchen developing creative new recipes and has even published a cookbook titled One Pot One Pan. As an Instructor, Rachel enjoys mentoring students and guiding them down the path to become successful software engineers.
