Rachel Hirsch is the founder of Hirsch Insights, a management consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations grow. Rachel trained as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on the strategy, consumer goods, and social impact practice areas. She is a systems engineer and is passionate about efficiency and growth. Rachel is a graduate of The Wharton School and The School of Engineering and Applied Science at The University of Pennsylvania and has lectured on the topic of entrepreneurism at Columbia University. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
