She has also worked closely with their Sales and Operations groups in creating leadership development programs and conducting numerous team building sessions, focusing on communication styles and employee motivators. Puja has her Masters in Organizational Development and has had the opportunity of working at Target Corporation and Groupon prior to joining Cars.com.
