Philip Chan is the Director of Business Development for Flo-Tek, a beverage dispense equipment importer and service provider based in Hong Kong and with presence in Taiwan, Singapore and The Philippines. Flo-Tek was established in 2013 in the wake of popularity of craft beer on tap in Hong Kong and has helped set up systems at The Globe, The Roundhouse, Tipping Point among others.

Prior to joining Flo-Tek, Philip was a founding director at Hop Leaf Limited, a craft beer importer based in Hong Kong, and was responsible for operations and logistics. Philip enjoys various alcoholic beverages with a particular fondness for beer (both craft and industrial) and is a beginner home brewer in his spare time. He is also a founding member and Vice-President of the Hong Kong Home Brewers Association.

Philip holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle Univerity (Philippines).
