Phil Ranta is the VP of Network at Fullscreen, Inc., the first media company of the connected generation that empowers creators on YouTube by connecting audiences, growing revenue, and building communities.
In early 2012, Phil created the partnership team that grew Fullscreen from the fifth largest to the #1 network on YouTube by unique viewership (comScore) in less than a year. In his current role, he manages the team that signs and support talent in the Fullscreen network.
Previous to Fullscreen, Phil served as Executive Producer at Viva! Vision, a mobile company powering video and photo applications that was named to the Inc.500 fastest growing media companies. In the early days of monetized internet media, he was a showrunner for 'Party Animals', an original comedy series on Turner's SuperDeluxe.com.
Phil is a proud University of Michigan graduate with a B.S. in Film and Video Studies. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
