Peter Franconi is the Regional Director, Atlanta for General Assembly – the leading global education company specializing in today’s most in-demand skills – where he oversees the Atlanta campus' strategy and operations including admissions, course and classroom experience, career services, business development, and managing the instructional quality and team. Prior to joining General Assembly in 2014, Peter held management, sales and business development roles at various companies and fast-growing startups. He was the Director of Account Management and Client Services at BrightWhistle (now InfluenceHealth), on the founding team of Tasting Table, a New York-based startup and worked as a financial consultant for healthcare companies as an associate at Triage Consulting Group.
Peter is passionate about the Atlanta ecosystem and helping the city grow. He is a member of the steering committee for ATLeaders, the Metro Atlanta Chamber's first council for young professionals. Peter earned his BA in Economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
