Peter Elias
CTO, TransferEDU
I started programming software at age 7 and wrote and sold my first professional piece of software at age 13. Since then, everything I have worked on has been a digital creation of some sort (mostly web-apps). I have shipped several full-scale production web-apps working for various startups as well as a contract web firm that I founded in college. Currently, I work on every aspect of the TransferEDU web-app (www.transferedu.com) and enjoy solving all kinds of technical challenges therein.
I like working with JavaScript, Clojure, ClojureScript, Python, BASH, C, a variety of frameworks, libraries and data stores. I like to make learning programming fun and effective for beginners so that nobody stresses about it being hard. Learning anything new is hard but the right environment makes it easier.
