Hi, I'm Peace – a community-driven UX 'slashie' with service design and product management experience, and a strong background in qualitative research. Drawn to complexity, I find the ever-evolving human experience most intriguing and have long been captivated by the differences in our "whys" and "hows". Accessible design and inclusive language are deeply important to me.

Celebrating diversity and lived experience, I firmly believe that our differences are what makes us extraordinary. As a curious first-gen child with a CALD background, I learned early on that ‘everybody is an expert in something’, and when we approach every interaction with an open heart and deep respect, we are bound to be amazed.

This unwavering passion for people, particularly cognitive and behavioral psychology (why + how we function), fuels my fire as an outcomes-driven researcher and human-centred designer.

I'm values-led and growth-oriented and believe in the power of cultivating emotional intelligence within every team I get the pleasure of working with. It is my mission to foster mentally healthy teams and a psychologically-safe workplace culture because good user experience starts from within.

I'm open to collaborating on meaningful projects with people who are led by a desire to make the world a better place, one ripple at a time.
