Pavel is a Lead Data Engineer at RedMart who has been creating different data products for retail, logistics and e-commerce for over 10 years. He generates dopamine from delivering value to customers, business users and stakeholders by developing various forecasting and demand planning systems, churn prediction, e-commerce personalisation and other business optimisation quick wins. After working for big companies and start-ups in Russia he moved to Singapore to work on next big thing in Southeast Asia.
Pavel has been coding since age of 10 and now holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and enjoys adopting cutting-edge technologies and approaches in everyday work. In his free time he attends online courses on technology and entrepreneurship, enjoys photography and playing tennis.
