    Paul Scheuren is an economist and an Impact DataSource Principal. Established in 1993, Impact DataSource is an Austin, Texas-based economic consulting firm that specializes in economic and fiscal impact analysis. The company is highly focused on supporting economic development organizations. Paul develops and supports Impact DataSource clients utilizing the firm’s desktop and web-based economic development impact models. Impact DataSource models enable public entities to determine the rate of return and payback period of their economic development investments.

    Paul has a Master of Arts in economics from Clemson University as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in actuarial science from Temple University.

    On the weekends Paul is a woodworker with a particular interest in Shaker and Arts & Crafts style furniture. When Paul isn’t working or making sawdust you can find him at a live music venue in Austin listening to obscure bands or traveling the world with his wife, Anjie.
