Paul has spent more than 25 years assessing people, gaining a deep understanding of human capability and behaviour specifically in relation to work. Paul intrinsically took a strengths-based approach to those interactions, ultimately focussing on what people did really well, naturally and aligning those strengths and potential to client needs. With a significant change in operating models, organisational design and the very fabric of the workplace Paul wanted to leverage his deep knowledge to design and develop an innovative solution to the evolving quandary.
