Paul is a Content Strategy Director at Bounteous, where they’re responsible for the strategic development of the practice while delivering amazing work for top tier clients. The work they led for 3M’s intranet was recognized as a 10 Best Intranet in 2019 by Nielsen/Norman Group, and Paul established and grew the UX practice at wi-fi provider Gogo. Other notable clients include Orbitz, Expedia, BECU, UnitedHealthcare, and Stanford Hospital & Clinics. In addition, they’re an advocate for diversity in the digital design field, having co-created the Diversity & Inclusion practice at Rightpoint, and actively working on D&I at Bounteous.
