As the Senior Regional Director at General Assembly, Paul is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for Regional Directors in Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, and Chicago. Previously, as the Regional Director of Washington DC, Paul launched, scaled, and optimized campus operations through a period of rapid growth. In less than a year, GA DC scaled into a robust team, hosted over 14,000 students, and gained reputation as a leading education institution in the region. Paul represented GA's mission in various forums, including at the White House, Mayor's Office, and was recognized as a Tech Titan by the Washingtonian Magazine. The GA DC campus continues growing and supports thousands of individuals looking to find work they love in web development, data science, analytics, product management, and user experience design. Before launching the DC campus, Paul was an early member of the GA San Francisco campus, responsible for audience development, course production, students outcomes, and overall campus growth.

Previously, Paul was the Director of Marketing and Communications at HotPads.com, a leading housing search engine serving millions of monthly users. HotPads was acquired by Zillow. At HotPads, Paul was leading consumer marketing, product marketing, managing external communication strategy, and business development. He also produced regular national housing market reports which were covered by CNN, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, NPR, and other major publications. Prior to HotPads, Paul ran the business plan competition at the London School of Economics, worked as a Regional Director of Information and Communication Policy at the US Department of State, and researched microfinance at the World Bank.
