Paul Gatterdam
Web Development Immersive Instructor, General Assembly
Seattle
Paul got his start as a programmer in college; he became hooked by how much he enjoyed the puzzle-like nature of building code. After college he moved up to Madison, WI to work for a healthcare software company where he worked on the communication systems between different vendors' pieces of software.
Eventually moving to Seattle, he began working for Nordstrom as a full-stack software engineer developing a web application for Nordstrom's photo studios, writing code for both the front end and back end. His favorite aspect of software development is solving problems for others.
