Paddy is a user experience designer who gets kicks from bridging the needs of business with the needs of real users. Paddy loves talking to people to dig deep into their feedback, taking that and turning it into the best possible solution. His background is in journalism, community engagement and sales, along with a love of technology and UX.
Paddy believes that UX Design is a perfect way to combine the soft and hard skills taken from each of those experiences, and apply them to products and services using technology. Paddy practises end-to-end user experience design, which very simply means speaking to people using a product, understanding how they best like to use that product, and using a variety of techniques to design and create the ideal version of that product, which ultimately drive business objectives.
